The First Page
Kai is a young artist who has abandoned countless comic pages and unfinished characters. One night, the pages begin moving on their own, forming a doorway to a strange world made of ink.
A woman emerges from that world. She is one of the characters Kai left unfinished.
At first, Kai is terrified and tries to convince himself that she is just a hallucination. But she remembers everything: every page he threw away, every character he abandoned, and every story he never completed.
She tells him that she doesn't want revenge. She wants him to understand what it feels like to exist only halfway—to have a face, a voice, and a story, but no ending.
Kai tries to redraw her, believing he can fix the situation. Instead, she reveals that she doesn't want to be “finished.” She wants to feel what it means to be real.
Eventually, the woman opens a door into the World of Ink, a place filled with abandoned characters, unfinished stories, and forgotten pages.
